ACAS is always looking for new work to publish - and as a non-profit organization, we publish ideas which do NOT have to be bestsellers. (Submissions must be approved & edited by ACAS' publishing team)
We raise funds through other commercial activities as well as through publishing, corporate workshops and classes. You can register as a freelance artist, writer, inker, etc for contract work via ACAS. Your work must be approved by ACAS' committee and you should be able to reliably meet deadlines. ACAS will negotiate fees on your behalf. If budget allows, ACAS will apportion itself a 10% handling fee.
Attend any ACAS workshop for FREE as a member. You'll also enjoy valuable dicsounts on peripherals and industry leading software.
ACAS members can choose to undergo teacher training in our approved art syllabus and eventually earn money, teaching classes.
YOUTOON CARTOONS Caricaturing Services - Liven up your party or event with caricaturing! You can hire a live caricature artist by the hour, or commission a caricature as a gift, or design feature invitation cards or cake toppers, etc. Images can come in a range of sizes and in colour or black & white.
ACAS believes in getting everyone to draw and create. As a result, we enthusiastically demonstrate the artform both traditionally and digitally at conventions, fan gatherings, and public events.
Many government bodies and professional institutions have called upon ACAS to perform a range of specialist duties - ranging from the judging of competitions, conducting of workshops and public speaking, to the providing of industry insights at seminars and public gatherings. ACAS also conducts corporate art-based team-building workshops from 4 to 8 hours, starting at $250 for a half-day workshop. These can be held at The CASTLE, or at your workplace. All materials are provided!
ACAS' commercial services also include cartoon, comic character and mascot design; and writing and creation of training and marketing materials in graphic storytelling form. Clients currently range from Ministry of Educaton (Singapore), Toyota, Visa, HSBC, Proctor & Gamble, Louis Vuitton and many more.
